Harris County Leaders OK Legal Action Against Gov. Greg Abbott Over Mask Mandate Ban – Houston Public Media

Harris County leaders on Tuesday authorized the area lawyer’s demand to take lawsuit versus the state of Texas over Gov. Greg Abbott’s orders prohibiting mask and also injection requireds.

The step passed at Tuesday’s Commissioners Court conference on a 3-2 celebration line ballot, with both Republican commissioners electing no. The choice followed an hour-long exec session, near the general public.
